Introducing H&B&Me Essential

There are some important changes coming to H&B&Me.

Free access to some areas of the app will end on 11 December 2024 and be replaced with the H&B&Me Essential plan. 

H&B&Me Essential is designed to provide even greater value to support your wellness journey and, at just £0.99/month, we're proud to introduce it as one of the most affordable health and wellness plans available.

Why the change? 

Since launching H&B&Me, we've been working hard to create a platform that supports you to live a healthier, more balanced lifestyle in the most effective way possible.  

By introducing this subscription plan, we can continue to grow and improve the app, adding new goals and content tailored to your needs. 

While some areas of the app will require a subscription, finding out your biological age and viewing health test results will remain completely free. 

What’s included in H&B&Me Essential? 

For only 99p each month, you’ll gain: 

  • Full access to expert-led wellness goals and tracking 
  • Insights into 4 key areas of wellness: sleep quality, nutritional intake, physical activity and emotional wellbeing 
  • Opportunities to go head-to-head with the community in fitness challenges 
  • Guidance from our digital Coach, making it easier to work towards healthier ageing 
  • Regular updates, including new challenges and exclusive content – like workouts, meditations and recipes – to keep you motivated and inspired

How do I sign up? 

From 11 December 2024, you can subscribe to H&B&Me Essential by following the steps below: 

  1. Download or update the H&B&Me app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. 
  2. Register with your email address. 
  3. Follow the steps to subscribe through the app. 

I already use H&B&Me. Will I be automatically charged? 

No. If you're an existing app user, you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe. (You can do this by selecting to upgrade in the app.) You’ll have complete control over whether you subscribe or not. 

What if I’ve purchased a health test? 

If you’ve previously bought a health test from H&B&Me (or formerly Ivie), or if you plan to in the future, there’s no need to subscribe to access your results. They’ll remain free of charge. Simply download the app, log in using the same email as before, and go to the ‘Tests’ section to view them. 

H&B&Me Essential is an optional add-on that provides extra wellness insights that you might find helpful in addition to your health test results. However, you don't need to subscribe to do a health test or to see your results. 

What if I want to cancel? 

If you choose to subscribe to H&B&Me Essential, you can cancel anytime. You can either visit your app store settings, or select ‘Manage subscription’ in the H&B&Me app.
